Privacy Policy

Effective 25 October 2026. Applies to the PULL: Magnet Sort app for iOS and Android ("PULL").

Roots No Limits LLC ("we") makes PULL. This policy explains what data PULL collects, why, who receives it, and the choices you have. PULL has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email address or contacts.

Data stored only on your device

Your game progress, stars, coins, boosters, purchases record, settings and language choice are stored on your device. Settings > Delete my data erases them.

Data collected by services in the app

Google Firebase Analytics: how the app is used (for example levels started and completed, boosters used, purchases made), device model, operating system, app version, country derived from IP address, and an app instance identifier. We use it to understand which levels are too hard and to improve the game.
Google Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports with device and app state at the time of the crash. We use it to fix bugs.
Unity Ads (Unity Technologies): to show ads, Unity receives device and app information, IP address, ad interactions and, if you allow it, your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android). On iOS, PULL asks for permission before the advertising identifier can be used for tracking. If you decline, ads are not personalized based on tracking. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive a confirmation that a purchase happened; we never receive your payment details.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or messages. Sharing a picture or link from PULL goes through your phone's share sheet; we do not see what you share or with whom.

Your choices

iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking lets you allow or deny tracking for PULL at any time.
Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads lets you reset or delete your Advertising ID.
Delete local game data in PULL: Settings > Delete my data.
To ask us to delete analytics or crash data associated with your device, or for any privacy question, email privacy@rootsnolimits.com. We reply within 30 days. US state privacy rights (for example California) can be exercised the same way.

Children

PULL is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has used PULL, contact us and we will delete associated data we hold.

Retention and security

Firebase Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months; crash reports for up to 90 days. Data is encrypted in transit. Service providers keep data under their own policies.

Changes

We will post any update on this page with a new effective date.
