Delete your data

PULL: Magnet Sort is made by Roots No Limits LLC. PULL has no accounts. This page explains how to delete the data PULL keeps on your device and the data held by the services in the app.

Data on your device

Open PULL, go to Settings and tap Delete my data. This erases your game progress, stars, coins, boosters, purchase record and settings from the device right away. Uninstalling PULL also removes this data.

Analytics and crash data

Email privacy@rootsnolimits.com with the subject "PULL data deletion". Include the app instance ID shown at the bottom of Settings in PULL so we can find your records. We delete the matching Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is kept

Purchase records held by Apple or Google are kept by them under their own policies. Analytics data that was not deleted on request expires after 14 months, and crash reports after 90 days.

Advertising identifier

Unity Ads uses your device's advertising identifier. On Android, go to Settings, Privacy, Ads to reset or delete it. On iOS, go to Settings, Privacy and Security, Tracking to turn off tracking for PULL. You can also ask Unity to delete ad data through Unity's privacy policy at unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.
